Teresa did an OUTSTANDING job in selling our house in Ofallon, IL. It took about a month to get it ready for the market after the Tennant's moved out. Teresa treated our house as if it was her own and made sure that every repair and property issue was resolved and kept us informed every step of the way. The first day our house went on the market we got two offers, and one on the second. Basically our house was sold in one day, closed on 22 Nov 2022. Again contact Mrs. Teresa Campbell, she will not disappoint you.

She was always available and on-time for showing appointments and also questions. She was also always accessible via text or email, which was nice since Dan and I work 8-5. She would monitor her email/texts in the evenings and get back to us with an answer or an acknowledgment that she would research and find the answer. I really apprecia
